How to Install a Network Printer for Windows

Are you having problems installing your network printer on your windows computer? Or then again, you have been endeavoring to install your network printer on your windows computer but yet you kept having issues with it over and over? o   Connect your printer to the network: - The very first step to take while about to install a network printer is to first and foremost connect the network printer to an active network. By connecting the printer to an active network, you have opened the way for other procedures to take place. And for you to do this, try to be as close as possible to the router or the network server which you are using to have a strong network connection. 

o   Connect your printer to your windows computer: - if you have succeeded in connecting your printer to your preferred network, then you can go ahead to connect your printer to the computer you want to use it with. Now at this point, you’ll have to follow the steps below in other to connect your printer with your windows computer or laptop be it any version of the windows installed. 

1.      Go to control panel: - Click on the windows key. The windows key is that button which is having like four waving flags on it which is just three keys before the spacebar from the low left corner of your windows keyboard. And then click on the search portion and search for the control panel.

2.      Click on device and printers: - In the control panel, click on device and printers 

3.      Add the printer: - After you might have click on the device and printers, you can then click on the add printer. After you may have clicked on the add printer, you’ll see add a wireless or a network printer. Then you have to click according to the kind of printer that you are about to add. But in this article, we are only talking about the network computer. Therefore, you have to click on add a network printer. Now, there’ll be a list of all printers that are available at that moment. So, just click on your network printer and then click on the Next button
